These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services of Luxe Lead Pro LLC ("Luxe Lead Pro," "we," "us"). By signing up for, paying for, or using our services, you ("Client") agree to these Terms. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.
Luxe Lead Pro provides the Revenue Concierge, a managed service for local businesses that may include missed-call text-back, AI-assisted text replies, lead follow-up, review requests and AI-drafted review replies, client reactivation campaigns, and a monthly performance report. Features depend on the plan you select. We may use third-party software, telecommunications, and AI providers to deliver the services and may update or improve features over time.
Plans are billed monthly in advance, with $0 setup and no long-term contract. Prices are as listed at the time of purchase. Pay-per-booking pilot fees are billed as agreed in writing. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing date. If a payment fails, we may suspend services until the balance is paid. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.
You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@luxeleadpro.com. When you cancel, your service continues through the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again. We do not offer refunds or prorated credits for partial months.
You own your business phone number, your contact lists, and your customer data. Upon cancellation, we will reasonably assist you in exporting your data and, where technically supported by the carrier, porting your number, on request made within 30 days of cancellation. We use your data only to provide the services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that every person contacted through the services has given the consent required by law, and for complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, state telemarketing and texting laws, and carrier (A2P 10DLC/CTIA) requirements. You agree to provide accurate business information for carrier registration and to honor opt-out requests. We may pause campaigns that we reasonably believe violate law or carrier rules.
You may not use the services to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or prohibited content (including content related to illegal drugs, firearms sales, gambling, or high-risk financial offers), to contact people without valid consent, or to interfere with or reverse-engineer the services. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Some replies and drafts are generated with AI tools. You are responsible for reviewing settings and approved templates, and AI output may occasionally be inaccurate. You should not rely on the services for medical, legal, or emergency communications.
Estimates, calculator outputs, and examples are illustrative only. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, reviews, or revenue.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services or message delivery will be uninterrupted or error-free; carriers and third-party providers may delay or block messages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe Lead Pro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Luxe Lead Pro harmless from claims, fines, and costs arising from your content, your contact lists, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law, including the TCPA.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Luxe Lead Pro LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use of the services means you accept the updated Terms.
